This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you join the Arrangium waitlist with your email address.

Data controller

Data we process

Your email address; your language; the times of sign-up, consent and confirmation and the version of the consent text you accepted; the campaign link you arrived with (e.g. utm_source=youtube) and the part of the page where you filled in the form. Your IP address is not stored with your waitlist entry; it is used only briefly for rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Purpose

To email you about Arrangium's launch, exclusive previews and important news, and to measure in aggregate which channels draw interest.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can withdraw it at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us.

Retention

Unconfirmed entries are deleted within 30 days. Confirmed entries are kept until you unsubscribe; your unsubscribe record is kept so that you are not emailed again. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to send email and to host the site; they process the data only on our instructions. You can ask for the current list of providers and information on any transfer abroad at [email protected].

Third-party content on this page

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google's servers to do so. The page uses a single cookie (arr_lang, 1 year) only to remember your language choice; there are no tracking or advertising cookies. The campaign link information is kept in your browser only for the duration of your browser session.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint. Send your requests to the contact address above.
